Job Description: Proctor Mechanical Corporation was chosen to perform the design-build mechanical and plumbing work for the $9.8 million dollar YMCA Men’s Supportive Housing project in Des Moines.  This project consists of a three story 140 unit housing facility with an attached 12,500 square foot commons, commercial kitchen laundry and administrative office building.
