Findley Elementary was a total architectural, electrical, and mechanical renovation of an existing 39.500 square foot elementary school. The project included an addition of 4,112 square feet. The existing hot water heating and rooftop cooling system was completely removed and replaced with a ground source variable refrigerant flow system. This project had to e completed during the school summer break.
