Proctor Mechanical’s Deb Warner Celebrates 25 Years At The Company

Human Resource and Safety Director Deb Warner celebrates her 25th work anniversary at Proctor Mechanical this month. Proctor Mechanical is Iowa’s award-winning mechanical contractor, specializing in plumbing, pipefitting, welding, air conditioning, sheetmetal and electrical. She came on board when she was 22 years old, eager to learn and excited about what was to come. Today, she feels that her life has changed both professionally and personally from working at Proctor Mechanical.

“The ride through the years has not always been a smooth one, but it definitely has had lots of fun moments,” states Deb. “What a great place to mature and become aware of one’s talents and strengths. I am grateful that I have been able to grow within my position at Proctor Mechanical. To continually learn, change and adapt as the company continued to grow.”

Deb recognizes that her co-workers have made all the difference in her experience at Proctor Mechanical, and calls them family. She recalls that they have impacted her life in unbelievable ways, most notably when she and her husband adopted their daughter 11 years ago.

“I just want to say thank you to those who have made my time here worth smiling about,” says Deb.
