Proctor Mechanical Corporation (PMC) is happy to report its sheet metal division is growing by leaps and bounds. PMC is riding on a wave of modern technology that allows accuracy, complexity and volume during production.
We are proud to boast of our 5400 square foot facility that has the ability to house a streamline sheet metal shop utilizing the very latest equipment.
PMC has the ability to process thousands of pounds of sheet metal each month into standard, custom and special fittings including ductwork.
We work with many different styles of systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The systems we design and build require lined ductwork and fittings, aluminum ductwork and fittings, stainless ductwork, fittings and hoods, welded ductwork and fittings, equipment curbs, adaptors, structural sheet metal, architectural sheet metal, drains, drain pans, gutter and downspout, equipment ventilation, roof terminations and many other types of retail products.
An example of fittings we produce for HVAC are square-to-rounds, transitions, square elbows, radius elbows, tap-ins, plenums, ceiling cans, start collars, cones, tapers, radius offsets, mitered offsets, chimney crickets and many other round and rectangle fittings.
Our state-of-the-art facility coupled with a staff that has over 50 years of combined experience guarantees the very best the sheet metal industry has to offer.
We offer building design, mechanical engineering, drafting services, part design and fabrication through our automated systems.
PMC can design a system, create the blueprints, fabricate the necessary parts needed and then install the system with precision accuracy, utilizing the same computer information through a “seamless” process for each step.
We believe in producing only the highest quality HVAC systems and accessories. Our guidelines comply with and exceed a1l American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA) standards.

We can cut, prepare and construct complete piping systems in a fraction of the time it takes to build in the "field" environment. Complicated systems are constructed in our intelligently designed fabrication shop that offers the best equipment available and controlled atmosphere.
No job is too small or too large for the PMC pipe shop. Small jobs get first class professional attention while large jobs benefit from our overhead bridge crane and super high-speed band saw. We also offer mig, tig and arc welding services for steel, aluminum, stainless steel and copper.
Coupled with our experienced team of tradesmen the PMC pipe fabrication shop is essential for all high quality-piping systems.
