The exterior of the building has hot water perimeter fin-tube radiation. The systems consist of two 1400 MBH boilers, the 360 ton chiller, and four custom-built air handlers with the capacity for 99,250 CFM of conditioned air through 94 VAV zones.
The plumbing systems consist of 89 plumbing fixtures located in toilet banks on each of the four levels of the facility. The roof drainage system consists of a total of 12 roof drains.
