Moulton Elementary

Job Description: Renovation of Mechanical System
This project included adding air conditioning to the school with a 90-ton chiller and 90-ton condensing unit. The schools original mechanical system was removed and all new steam, condensate, water, waste and vent and chilled water suply and return lines were installed.
A new 24,000 CFM air handling unit 42' long and 13' wide was installed on the roof. The existing pneumatic control system was revamped and the new addition was wired with DDC controls.
