Farmland Insurance Office Building

Job Description: Seamless Installation during Client Occupancy

This project consisted of placing a new addition and new mechanical services into a facility while it was being occupied by the owner. It required complicated coordination so that the facility would be in service and usable the entire time during construction.

The new systems consisted of 400 ton of chiller, with 16 associated pumps and 12" distribution mains. The HVAC system consisted of 65,000 cfm of VAV with 81 zones.

The entire system was installed without interruption to the normal business of the client, with our meeting every milestone date established for the scheduled progress required.
