Job Description: Remodel and Expansion

This project is a remodel and expansion of an existing hospital. It includes surgery and imaging area, emergency area, new lobby and rmeodel of existing medical office building. Our team installed (2) 45 HP boilers, (1) 100-ton chiller and condensing unit, (1) 35,000 CFM air handling unit, medical vacuum plant, humidifiers, pumps and accessories, fan coil units, blower coils, VAV boxes, unit heaters, and numerous plumbing fixtures.

Clark County Hospital

This project includes the installation of a water softener and R.O. system for the hopsital. It also includes medical gas piping, valve boxes, outlets and owner supplied med gas columns for surgery.

Clark County Hospital

The piping systems included in this project are hot water supply and return, chilled water supply and return, med gas, R.O. water, acid waste and vent, storm sewer, downspouts, domestic water, natural gas and condensate drain.
