This project is a laboratory to verify and test heating and air conditioning equipment pressures, temperature, electrical usage, gas usage, fan and pump curves, etc. The Energy Center is equivalent to the Rochester Institute in New York that tests equipment to verify claimed performance. Owner is the State of Iowa.
